We produce a salary study for each professional group every two years. These studies include an up-to-date overview of Switzerland’s labour market and a salary range for key roles within the professions we specialise in.
Our salary studies help you calculate the standard salary range for your employees, based on their location and age, and ensure that you are well-prepared for salary negotiations.
The studies look at a range of criteria: profession, age, education, training, sector and location. In the interests of promoting equal pay, we deliberately avoid making a distinction between men and women when stating the salary ranges.
