Implement a strategy to enable consistent growth of the Mold business and Services.
Initiate LEAN Production Operations in Moulds Factory and continuously improve productivity; use automation technology to increase growth and output with same or less staff
Pursue new market opportunities with Sales
Drive operational efficiencies through innovation and new product/service introductions.
Take responsibility for people decisions such as people management and performance management.
Build a strong and empowered team, coaches, counsels and motivates the team through regular feedback.

Hands-on leader (at least 50% time to be spent on shopfloor)
Can identify and train talented foremen in shopfloor
Experienced in lean improvements for moulds production and assembly processes
Can understand and make assembly processes more efficient
Able and willing to relocate to Wallis or closeby
Education: ideally a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a lean qualification or Technical Apprenticeship with experience in mold making /tool making (“Werkzeugmacher”)
Experience in automation business is a plus
Languages: English a must, German preferable, French a plus
