Your activities at your future employer :
• You manage incoming customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
• You assist the sales team with preparing offers, quotations, and order processing, ensuring all details are accurate.
• You maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and readily available.
• You coordinate and follow up on sales orders, ensuring on-time delivery and addressing any issues that arise.
• You collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and alignment on customer requirements and expectations.


Your assets for your future employer :
• You have completed a commercial or business-related education, with experience in a sales assistant or similar role being an advantage.
• You are familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and have excellent organizational skills.
• You speak english and german (min B), with additional language skills being a plus.
• You have strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• You demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
